Installation Instructions

Cut Rails and Remove Liners

  • Cut the required top and bottom rail sections and remove the plastic liner from both rails

Square, Level, and Fasten Post

  • Square and level one post
  • Fasten it in using lag screws

Insert and Secure Posts

  • Gently slide both sections in to the top and bottom of a post
  • Take the other post and insert it to the other end, square, level and fasten

Remove Caps and Secure Top Rail

  • Remove the post caps and faten the top rail in using 2 screws

Remove Caps and Secure Top Rail

  • Remove the post caps and faten the top rail in using 2 screws

Prepare Rails and Measure for Glass

  • Cut rubber gaskets to fit inside the top and bottom rail
  • Place 2 glass blocks in the bottom rail
  • Glass measurements will be inside post to inside post, subtract 2 inches

Square, Level, and Fasten Post

  • Add glass by sliding panel up into top rail, swing in line with the bottom rail and gently push downwards (Use window cleaner as lubricant if neessary)
  • Reattatch post caps
